"ATLANTISIANS" AND some "BAHIANS"
Los Angeles high schools used to divide its class cohorts into winter and summer subdivisions. Semesters were divided into "A" and "B" segments such that your first semester in the 10th grade would be known as "B-10" and your second semester in the 10th grade would be your "A-10" semester, etc. Each class would choose a class name in their "A-11" semester (second semester of you Junior year) and unveil their class sweaters on "Sweater Day" which was celebrated in the "B-12" semester.
