High School Memories
1960-1963
The Winter class of 1963
started Franklin High on Monday, February 1, 1960 and graduated on Friday,
February 1, 1963. So, our high school memories don't include very much of the
year 1963 and some of this will be reflected in these pages. Also, some of the
movies I've listed in the "Pop Culture" section came out in 1959 but didn't make
it to the Highland Theater for awhile (the Highland was not a first-run
theater!) The song list includes tunes popular in mid-1963 when the Summer class
of 1963 graduated.
