This show debuted in the fall of 1960 and continued throughout our high school years.

This show debuted in the 1950s and continued through the 60s. It became a vehicle for Ricky to sing "Hello Mary Lou" and "Traveling Man" (May '61).

Another unrealistic glimpse of family life in the early 60s and another way for one of its stars to promote her song: Shelly Fabares had a hit in April '62 with "Johnny Angel." Oh, Paul Petersen sang too.

But who can forget this guy and his silly puppets? This was the hottest show on TV in spring 1962
